Who's the best Inspector?

Have you seen the "Pink Panther" movies? I saw only the cartoon show, but now I saw the animated movie intros on youtube and they're very cool. In the movies the "Panther" is only a pink diamond, the main character is Inspector Clouseau. But who's the best Clouseau? I show you some forms of him:

* 1965 (The Inspector) the cartoon show voiced by Pat Harrington Jr. (original) and Erich Ebert (german)
* 1993 (Son of the Pink Panther) played by Roberto Benigni
* 2006 (The Pink Panther) played by Steve Martin

I saw the date of the movies, when I drawned the pic. And in the cartoon show his name was never mentioned. They call him only "the Inspector".
